About Us

For more than 35 years, SheetWorld has made baby, adult and custom-size sheets right here in the USA.

We are the manufacturer, not a reseller. Every sheet we sell is cut and sewn in our own workroom, which is how we keep the quality high, the prices fair and the turnaround fast.

Any size, made to order

Hard-to-find sizes are our specialty. Vintage cradles, RV mattresses, bunk beds, narrow twins, brand-name bassinets and play yards: give us the measurements and we’ll make a sheet that fits. Most custom orders ship in just 1–2 business days.

What you can count on

• 100% cotton fabrics: jersey knit, flannel and woven percale, in a wide range of colors and prints.
• Fitted sheets with elastic all the way around, so they stay put.
• Free shipping on every order within the continental US.
• Real people who answer quickly by email or live chat.

For decades we’ve also supplied specialty and furniture stores, nurseries and daycare centers across the country. Thank you for shopping with us. Questions? Contact us, and we’ll be glad to help.
