Free shipping on every order within the continental US.

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day, and custom-size orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, depending on fabric availability. Custom tablecloths and napkins take about 4 weeks to make; if your order also has sheets, the sheets ship right away and the tablecloth ships separately.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, depending on your address and the size of the order. If you ship to a P.O. Box, please also give us a street address in case the order goes by FedEx. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. You’ll receive an email confirming your order shortly after you place it.

We ship to Canada. Prices are in US dollars.

• Regular items: $19.95 for the first item, plus $7.95 for each additional item.
• Bulk packs of larger sheets (for example a 12-pack of crib sheets): $60.00 for the first pack, plus $40.00 for each additional pack.
• Bulk packs of smaller sheets (for example a 12-pack of cradle or bassinet sheets): $40.00 for the first pack, plus $30.00 for each additional pack.

Any duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility on delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We don’t take orders by phone or payment by check.

Our checkout is protected with SSL encryption. Your card number is sent straight to our card processor, Authorize.net, and is never stored on SheetWorld’s server. If you choose to save your card at checkout, it is kept by the card processor, not by us, so we can quickly adjust your order if you ask us to. The security code (CVV) is never saved. We never sell or share your information.

For orders shipping to New York State, we are required to collect 8.875% sales tax on the merchandise and any shipping charges. It is added to your total at checkout.

We stand behind everything we make. If you’re not completely happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days. Just email us for a return authorization (RA) number, and we’ll refund the purchase price, less the original shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned without their original packaging or not in their original condition.

Because they are made just for you, custom-size items, custom tablecloths and napkins can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded once ordered. Bulk and specially priced items are also final sale.
