Orders ship via USPS Priority or Fedex Ground service. This is based on the destination address and the size / weight of the order.

Shipping is currently free for any size order.

Yes. Although, we require all orders to contain a physical street address too, in the event the order needs to ship via Fedex. If you enter a PO Box as the ship to address, just include the physical street address as well.

All of our sheets are made of 100% cotton fabric. We offer 3 different kinds of cotton sheets. Jersey knit, Flannel, & percale (woven).

The percale sheets are made of a 280 TC. The jersey knit, and flannel sheets are not measured by TC, but rather by weight ("GSM" = grams per square meter.) The jersey sheets are made of a 160 gsm fabric, and the flannel sheets are made of a 240 gsm fabric.

A crib sheet set includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, and 1 toddler size pillow case.

The crib / toddler sheet set includes a 'toddler' size pillow. It measures 12 x 16 inches.

Custom orders generally take only 1 to 2 business days to process and ship, subject to fabric availability.

The Youth Bed Sheet Set comes with a standard twin size pillow case. It measures 18 x 26 inches.

No. The thickness of a fabric does not indicate the quality of the sheet. A cotton flannel sheet is obviously alot thicker than a cotton percale sheet, yet the quality and durability are comparable.

Yes. We have a very large custom department that only produces custom size sheets. We know that there are many parents that either have a vintage cradle that was passed down through the generations or a custom crib that's impossible to find the perfect sheets for. This is why sheetworld offers not only every size standard baby sheet, but any possible custom size sheet as well.

No problem. We can custom make sheets for that too. Simply click on 'custom sizes' on the left side menu, and select the measurements of the mattress from the drop down fields. Then fill out the rest of the fields and you can proceed with your custom order using just that 1 custom form.

Our fitted sheets have elastic going around the entire edge of the sheet.

No. Our flat sheets are entirely flat. They are finished with a hem at the edge. We have a custom 'Fitted-Flat' option which is fitted on one end and flat on the other.

No problem. You can find those as well on the same page as you would order the standard flat or fitted sheet. They're called 'Fitted-Flat' Sheets which are sheets fitted on one end and flat on the other.

No. Our custom department produces only custom 'sizes'. Though, we have a very large selection of colors / patterns to choose from.

Yes. Sheetworld manufactures, wholesales, and retails it's products throughout the united states. If you have a retail store and would like to resell sheetworld products, simply fill out a wholesale application by clicking on 'wholesale' within the top links of the page, and then click on 'Signup here'. Include all of your information on the application and let us know which products you're interested in carrying, and we will review it. Once we determine your eligibility, we will send you an email containing a unique user ID & password which will give you access to the wholesale area of our site.

Yes. We sell to hundreds of nurseries and playgroups throughout the US and can supply you with any quantity you need.

We can process big quantity orders just as quickly as small orders, sometimes even faster. Orders will generally take 1-2 business days to process and ship, pending fabric availability. If a sheet or fabric is on backorder and cannot ship within a few days, we will send you an email notifying you.

After you place an order, an automatic receipt will get emailed to you. If you did not receive an email, then it may have been blocked by your email server and placed in your 'screened email' folder. Please check this folder. If the email is not there, you can send and email to info@sheetworld.com requesting a copy of the email and we will email it to you again.
