Ordering guide & FAQ
How do I measure my mattress?
- Width & length: measure across the center of the mattress, edge to edge.
- Depth: measure the height of the mattress itself (top to bottom). We add the extra fabric needed for a snug tuck.
- Measure the mattress, not your old sheet – sheets stretch and shrink.
How long will my order take?
Every custom sheet is cut and sewn in our own US factory. Custom orders generally take only 1 to 2 business days to process and ship, subject to fabric availability. Shipping is free within the continental US, by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
Can I return custom sheets?
Because custom sheets are made to your exact measurements, custom orders are not returnable or refundable. Please double-check your measurements before you order – if you are not sure, email us at info@sheetworld.com and we will help.
What if my size doesn't show a price or fabrics?
It just means your size needs a quick custom quote. Send us your size and we will reply with a price.
Care instructions
Wash in lukewarm water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat.
What customers say
I love the custom sheet option. Most importantly though is how appreciative I am that your company is operated in the USA!!!
Thank you for having a beautiful product made in the USA
Was easy to customize my sheet set and the fit is perfect. So happy!
Easy to order. First site where I could order the custom size needed and have it shipped to Canada!
The process went smoothly. The sheets are the best I've had. Thank you!
So happy I found you! Just acquired an adorable pristine vintage youth bed and was having trouble finding sheets. So glad you had exactly what I needed from sheets, to pillows and mattress pad!
Received a very timely response to a question I submitted through chat; was pleased to see all the fabric options. Am grateful for being able to obtain a custom (large!) size.
Website easy to use and my custom sheets are so beautiful and feel so luxurious. Thank you very much!
Nice selection of sheets to choose from. Last order was received timely and was a good fit on the bed.

Love to see "Made in USA"
Your prices are great. First time buyers discount was a bonus and your sale items were great. My purchase was a gift for the church nursery and I really got a great deal
Love that I can get just the flat sheet to a toddler bd, so I can continue using my fitted crib sheets, rather than having to buy complete sets of sheets! Thank you!
Your mini-crib sheets are the best fit for our daycare cribs. The parents love the bright colors and they wash very well! Always easy to shop as well.
I LOVE THE VARIETY!!
I LOVE the variety here! I could not find fitted sheets for my bassinet, and don't have room where I live for a full size crib! So happy to find cute sheets that match my theme!
Believe it or not...I ordered the round quilted crib sheets and round flannel dog paw flannel sheets...for our new puppies dog beds. After all...they are our "babies"! I also ordered a custom sheet for a rectangular bed they have. Ordering was so easy, including the custom sheet. When they arrived, they fit like a glove. Just perfect! Because they love to chew on their bones on their beds, I ordered 2 round sheets for each making wash day a snap. Take of the dirty and put on the clean before they climb back on. SheetWorld has such a wonderful selection as well as such quality. The sheets look good as new after many washings and puppy play. It is so nice not to have to take their beds completely apart in order to clean as I had to do before ordering the sheets. You have such a great size selection as well as affordable custom sheets. Thank you so much. The puppies and I thank you!
The Customer Service is superb. The product selection is impeccable. This is the only place I would buy sheets for my babies. Thank you so much!

Appreciate your customer service knowing what size custom sheets I ordered 3 years ago since I wasn't sure what size I ordered. I appreciate your great customer service!
You have so many sheets to choose from which is wonderful. I am also a huge fan that they are made in the USA!

Great variety of Portable Crib sheets. You are the only web store that I was able to find portable crib sheets for a 3 inch deep mattress. I found you through Google. Thank you so much.
